Mass Pike to exit # 13 (Framingham/Natick Rte 30). Take Route 30 toward Natick to traffic light.
Right turn onto Speen street. Follow Speen street to intersection of Speen street & Route 135 (approximately 1 ½ miles). Right turn onto Rte 135. Follow Route 135 into Framingham to the intersection of Rte 135 & Beaver street (look for gas station on corner LH side).
Turn left onto Beaver, the road forks immediately
(Grossman’s Bargain Outlet which is now closed), bear right onto Blandin Ave. Stay on Blandin to traffic light (intersection of Blandin & Irving). Turn left onto Irving to traffic light (intersection of Irving & Herbert).
Turn right onto Herbert. Follow Herbert for approximately 3/10 of a mile. 35 Tripp Street is on left hand side. Peartree is in building # 14. Look for sign over 2 large white garage doors. Entrance is on left side of garage doors. Upon entering the door proceed up the stairs & follow the signs.
